If you’re a regular cosplayer, put in the link for your Instagram account and/or Facebook page where we can see your previous work.
❏ The character you plan to cosplay and the series they are from.

If you plan to cosplay a specific version or mode of the character, mention that.
❏ If this a cosplay which you’ve done previously, attach pictures of you in the cosplay.

If it is a work in progress, attach pictures of the latest build.
