I shall abide by and shall be decently dressed while visiting the office of Nihongo Kaiwa Kyookai Society and attending the venues where programs of Nihongo Kaiwa Kyookai Society will be held.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Approval of membership will be declared after scrutiny.
2. For new member, membership fee is Rs. 350/- (Rs. 350/- for 1st year, then Rs.300/- per year). Bank account will be provided along with the membership approval letter.
3. For re-register member, membership fee is Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 1200/- for 1st year, then Rs.300/- per year). Bank account will be provided along with the membership approval letter.
4. Memership cycle is from 1st April to 31st March. But if someone joins in between January to March, then his/her 1st year Membership cycle will be from his/her registration date to next year 31st March.
5. Membership will be cancelled if membership fees will not be paid 3 years successively.
